The purpose of TLMEQMS activity
The Training Laboratory for Monitoring and Education Quality Management Systems was founded to centralize and implement new technologies and methods for monitoring the education quality at Kharkiv National Medical University.
\r\nThe main tasks of the Training Laboratory for Monitoring:
Development and organization of the implementation of scientific and methodological principles for monitoring of the quality of higher medical education, teaming up with the educational and methodological department, and methodological office.
Organizing and performing systematic monitoring of the KhNMU students’ education quality and developing, on this basis, recommendations for improving all components of the educational process.
Development and implementation of measures for the organization of a multilevel, ongoing system of training for the Licensed integrated exam, analysing of the actual system of training students and interns for the Licensed integrated exam “Krok 1; 2; 3”.
Organization and providing of the Rector\'s testing the vitality of the gained knowledge. Analysis of the results of the Rector\'s measurements of the knowledge vitality to make analytical and statistical conclusions on improving the levels of organization and control of the testing quality.
Verification of annual reports on academic work of departments and structural units of the University.
\r\nTLMEQMS Accreditation and Licensing Group
The main tasks of the Group are to control the timeliness of entering and updating information on the types and results of professional activities, performed by research and teaching staff, in the Uniform State Electronic Database on Education (USEDE).
Assistance in preparing documents for licensing and accreditation of new learning branches and specialties by dean’s offices of faculties, heads of departments, and guarantors of educational programs.
Participation in the implementation of measures to improve the quality of educational programs and standards, parameters regulating the quality of education.
Group for Information Support of the Educational Process
The main tasks of the Group are to provide technical protection of information, operational documentation; protection against unauthorized access to information and regulatory documents of the University; control of relevance of the information about applicants for higher education which has been entered into the USEDE.
\r\nAcademic integrity
To promote and adhere to the academic integrity and ethics of the academic relationship, TLMEQMS checks for the presence of textual borrowings the following works: qualification works for a bachelor\'s and a master\'s degrees; educational learning material prepared by teachers of the University departments (manuals, study guides, recommendations, instructive guidelines, and other documents) and electronic distance learning courses.

MD was established to centralize the management of educational and methodological activities of the University departments, its planning and organization. MD develops tools for higher education obtaining, which determines a person\'s ability to successfully carry out professional and further educational activities. It is responsible for increase of efficiency of educational process and its methodical maintenance, coordination of reporting on the questions of educational and methodical work of the University department, faculties, Central and professional methodical commissions. MD examines the methodological maintenance of the educational process, studies and disseminates the experience gained by the departments and the latest developments in the organization of student learning.
\r\nMD structure
1. MD is a part of KhNMU ERIEQ.
2. MD is headed by the head, who is a research and education worker and is appointed and dismissed in the manner prescribed by applicable law. A person who has a complete higher medical education with experience of work in higher educational institutions of levels 3-4 of accreditation for at least 5 years, can be appointed to the position.
\r\n3. The MD staff includes methodologists of the first category of higher pedagogical education.
4. MD includes MD Council. The Council personnel are approved by the order of the rector of the University. MD Head is a member of the Council.
MD functions and tasks
1. Main MD functions include:
• formation of the annual plan of methodical work;
\r\n• determining main directions of methodical work;
\r\n• unification of the approach to solving educational and methodological issues at the university, taking into account the achievements of higher education;
\r\n• conducting the necessary consultations to clarify the orders and directives related to methodological work;

\r\nTraining groups consist of teachers of departments of KhNMU. The audience\'s teaching work experience is up to 5 years.The formation of groups is based on the selection of candidates for training, carried out by heads of departments and individual orders of teachers of KhNMU.

\r\n\r\nAlisa Stryukova – head of practical training of ESI QE KhNMU Department of practical training of ESI QE KhNMU is a structural subdivision; it is a part of KhNMU Educational and Scientific Institute of Quality of Education and it subordinates the Director of ESI QE, the Vice-Rector of Research and Education and the Rector of the university. Department of practical training was organized in order to control the undergoing practical training by students of KhNMU . Practical training is an integral part of the educational process aimed to improve knowledge and practical skills obtained in main clinical and theoretical disciplines and their further perfection during the work at medical establishments. Students undergo practical training during academic year in accordance with educational programs and a schedule of classes. Department of practical training carries out the preparatory work from organizational, educational and methodological support for students’ practical training, enters into agreements with the Department of Health and the headmasters of municipal non-profit medical establishments, research institutes, charitable foundations for the practical training of students, controls the working out of practical training programs, assigns the supervisors and students to the bases of practical training, allots the number of students for particular bases of practical training, monitors the bases of practice, implements all organizing activities before the start of practical training: briefings on the procedure for practical training, providing students and supervisors with the necessary documentation ,inspects practice and the quality of learning practical skills. When the practical training is finished, the department of practical training accepts reporting documentation from teachers and students, summarizes marks, displays total scores for practical training, fills in the registers of exam in accordance with all acting educational plans. In order to ensure the current state of practical training of students to practice practical skills, typical skills and manipulation techniques in accordance with the current end-to-end training programs, curricula and requirements of educational and qualification characteristics of students of Kharkiv National Medical University in 2015, simulation classes were created. a method of training with a wide range of simulators to practice practical skills with a high level of realism. Computer and virtual modeling of various clinical situations is a new direction in the modern school of training highly qualified medical staff of senior and middle management.
The purpose of this area is to create organizational and educational conditions for improving the quality of training, retraining and advanced training of doctors, as well as the development of professional competence of health care professionals in Ukraine.
Advantages of simulation training:

Types of simulation training on the basis of interdepartmental stimulation classes of the Educational and Scientific Institute of Education Quality of KhNMU
