Dear students!

Taking into account an unstable epidemiological situation according to COVID - 2019 spreading in the world (11.03.2020 WHO described the flash of COVID - 2019 in the world as a pandemic) advise to hold from international trips and journeys by territory of Ukraine in the moment of outbreak of infection;

During a quarantine keep a calmness and adhere to some simple recommendations, that to barrier youself from viral infections:

- regularly carefully to wash hands with soap - 20-40 seconds, especially after a contact with any patient with ARVI;

- to use alcohol-based (from 60 %) hand sanitizers;

- not to touch the unwashed hands of eyes, nose, mouth - a virus penetrates through mucous membranes;

- to avoid the overcrowded places (trade centers, sporting measures, public transport if possible and others like that);

Disinfect the personal things (mobile telephones, plane-tables, computers, glasses);

To avoid a contact with patients on ARVI; hold distance in the distance 1,5 meters from persons with the symptoms of respiratory infection;

To the patient with any signs of ARVI to use non-permanent paper handkerchiefs, to cover a mouth and nose at a cough, sneeze. In default of non-permanent handkerchiefs, it is needed to sneeze in an ulnar bend.

In the case of development fever, cough and dyspnea - quickly call to the doctor and reveal to him previous history of trips.

Not to use the thermally not treated foods of animal origin (meat, fish, eggs).

Strengthen the immunity: beautifully feed, go for a walk on fresh air, do physical exercises.
